Very Bad Things - Ilsa Madden-Mills

Born into a life of privilege and secrets, Nora Blakely has everything any nineteen-year-old girl could desire. She’s an accomplished pianist, a Texas beauty queen, and on her way to Princeton after high school. She’s perfect…

Leaving behind her million-dollar mansion and Jimmy Choos, she becomes a girl hell-bent on pushing the limits with alcohol, drugs, and meaningless sex.

Then she meets her soulmate. But he doesn’t want her.

When it comes to girls, twenty-five-year-old Leo Tate has one rule: never fall in love. His gym and his brother are all he cares about...until he meets Nora. He resists the pull of their attraction, hung up on their six year age difference.

As they struggle to stay away from each other, secrets will be revealed, tempers will flare, and hearts will be broken.

Welcome to Briarcrest Academy…where sometimes, the best things in life are Very Bad Things.

As usual first CONGRATULATION to Ilsa because this book is so good, well written and a very captive story! One of my top choices of this year, and can reread it again and again and will read it like it's the first time. Yep it is that GOOD!

Let talk about a bit of the principals, first, Nora, I think a lot of teenager girls that struggle with family, society and life will identify with plenty of stuffs, because nothing is easy when you try to be the perfect society girl in a ''perfect'' family. You will love too that in order to find love which is something every women is trying to find in such a young age, you need to first find yourself and most important love yourself.
You will see a ''dark'' side of her, which is normal too when you are a good girl all your life, you sometimes want to do something bad, because maybe you feel you haven't live to the fullest. That's what happen when you try to impress, you don't live at all.

“Behind every beautiful thing is a world of pain.”

Now let's talk about Leo (UNNNNNF) first, yes he is amazingly HOT, yes you might lost your panties in the process of reading (wutwut?) but most of all he is caring about his brother(which btw UNNNNF UNNNFF UNFFF DOBLE UNFFFF hot brothers <3) and he cares about Nora and her safety. He is this men who sadly had to be a dad yo his brother when it wasn't supposed to be his job, but things happen and he had too. But its side of him that you will fall in love, because who doesn't love a hot caring sexy guy? (If you say you please... just... GO!)
Sadly because life can be sometimes a biatch he is scared to commit so you will read all the struggles, very interesting struggles, because everything involving Leo is VERY INTERESTING! (UNF)

“I’m not waiting for the right girl because she doesn’t exist.”

I don't have much thing to say, just read the book so you will live this life of Nora and Leo, you will get lost and read it in one sit because you just simple won't put it down. When you buy it review it because author love reviews ;).
And here is my favorite quote of the book!

''Happiness is simply collecting and remembering all the good moments in your life.''

Ilsa Madden-Mills is a loving wife and mother, a loyal friend, and a teacher. When all that is done, she writes. Obsessively.

She spends her days with two small kids, a neurotic cat, and her Viking husband. She collects magnets and rarely cooks except to bake her own pretzels.

When she’s not typing away at a story, you can find her drinking too much Diet Coke, jamming out to Pink, or checking on her carefully maintained chocolate stash.

She loves to hear from from fans and fellow authors. Drop her a line on the contact page.
